I am a neurodiverse psychotherapist and a mom to neurodiverse children. My lived experience is combined with 4 degrees in psychology and a clinical focus on assessment and treatment of ADHD, Autism, and all the diagnoses that often come along with neurodiversity. Understanding and treating neurodiversity is my passion, lived experience, parenting, education, and training. This comes following decades of working in women's health with domestic violence survivors, childbirth, and peri/menopause, and years of research in women's health. This leads to a particular focus on how neurodiversity shows up for women and other marginalized genders.

I am dedicated to understanding psychology's evolving clinical understanding and conceptualizations of therapy and assessment across the lifespan and across cultures so that you have the most accurate and up to date assessment, information, and treatment for whatever is showing up on your life.

Assessment

My approach to assessment is to be responsive, incremental, and transparent. I follow a collaborative, neuroaffirming, trauma-informed approach. While primarily I do ADHD and Autism assessments and various neurodiversities and accompanying diagnosis that frequently also occur, I also do surgical readiness assessments for gender affirming surgery.

All reports are signed by a registered psychologist.

The cost of an ADHD assessment starts at $1250.

The cost of an Autism assessment starts at $2250.

Therapy

I practice from a humanistic standpoint. This means that I believe you are the expert on your life and your experiences, but together we can identify what is your current concern and what makes a life worth living. I primarily work with individuals 17 years and older. While my work can tend to focus on neurodiversity, I work with a wide range of folks. I strive to be an open and affirming space for gender diverse, queer, poly, and kink populations.
