Additude Magazine contains science and strategies for ADHD and beyond. Now containing over 25 years of information. Searchable for articles, research, and podcasts. Definitely a go-to site for ADHD.

CADDRA is an independent, not-for-profit, resource organization for medical, healthcare and research professionals with an interest in the field of ADHD in Canada.

An Autism support group for NL. They provide a space and a voice for Autistic members of the Autistic community, but welcome everyone. Autistic voices are prioritized and self-diagnosis is valid!

Dr. Neff is a neurodivergent (Autistic-ADHD) psychologist, parent, and educator who creates mental health and wellness resources with the neurodivergent person in mind. Her Misdiagnosis Mondays posts are epic. I find it impossible to read all the amazing information on her page. 

Caroline Maguire, M.Ed has helped parents, adults and educators with social emotional learning, and "social spy" skills for more than 15 years.  Author of the book "Why Will No One Play with Me" but also fabulous resources for grown up social skills too
